The Story of Faridah Masala My journey with cooking began at the age of fourteen, in a large family home that taught me the meaning of responsibility In my mother’s kitchen — may she rest in peace — I took my first steps into a world of passion and discovery. With the encouragement of my mother and my aunt, cooking gradually became more than a daily responsibility It became a deep love and a continuous journey of discovering flavors, traditions, and cultures. Through the many cultures I experienced, my appreciation for Pakistani cuisine grew first, followed by Asian cuisine as a whole — drawn to its richness, warmth, authenticity, and diversity, flavors that touch the heart before they reach the palate. I am a medical sciences graduate, a wife to a wonderful man who, by the grace of God, has been a constant source of support throughout our journey, and a mother of two daughters and four sons I have always found joy in many passions, from cooking and art to sewing and traveling. Faridah Masala is an extension of this journey... A journey that began at home, grew through passion, and became a culinary experience where love is placed into every detail. Welcome to Faridah Masala
