It is a one-player game, with on-screen text in English, German, Spanish, French and Italian. The PEGI 7 rating and Family genre make it an easy pick for younger gamers who already know Ben 10 from the cartoon. Switching between alien forms is the core idea. Each alien offers different combat moves and abilities, so the game encourages you to choose the right form for a fight or a puzzle rather than relying on one approach. Unlocking aliens gives the game a sense of progress, since each new form adds options in combat and puzzles. It is aimed at younger fans of the cartoon, but the mix of action and problem-solving also keeps it from becoming repetitive. For a PlayStation 4 library that needs a family-friendly entry, it is a sensible addition.
