PAC-MAN WORLD Re-PAC (Nintendo Switch) · OutGeeked Online Store

PAC-MAN WORLD Re-PAC invites you to feed your appetite for adventure. This physical Nintendo Switch game card is a modernised take on a classic PAC-MAN platformer, for one player aged PEGI 7 and up. A birthday gone wrong PAC-MAN arrives home on his birthday to find that the Ghosts have kidnapped his family and friends and ruined his party. Off to the rescue, he sets out for Ghost Island. Along the way you dodge Ghosts, solve environmental puzzles and rescue the PAC-FAM, building toward a final face-off against TOC-MAN. It is a simple, cheerful premise, which suits a platformer aimed at players of all ages. The mix of platforming, puzzles and rescues means the game is about moving around well rather than quick shooting: the butt-bounce, rev-roll and hover-jump moves give you several ways to travel through a stage, and the PAC-DOT attack rounds out the toolkit. Extra modes then stretch the game beyond the main quest, so there is more to do once the family is saved. Gameplay and features A modernised classic: improved UI, fine-tuned mechanics and updated visuals. A moveset that includes butt-bounce, rev-roll, PAC-DOT attack and hover-jump. Environmental puzzles and Ghosts to dodge across Ghost Island. MAZE MODE: a collection of 3D mazes. QUEST MODE: clear it to unlock the original PAC-MAN game in ORIGINAL MODE. Single-player adventure. Why play it on Nintendo Switch The Switch version is a single-player game on a physical card, so it is simple to start: insert the card and play. A PEGI 7 rating makes it suitable for younger players, and the Action, Adventure and Platformer tags make it a gentle step up from pure arcade games for anyone who knows PAC-MAN only from the maze. Language options include English, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Russian; Arabic is not listed. If you already own PAC-MAN MUSEUM+ and want a game that plays differently, the Re-PAC adventure is a good partner for it.
