The Razer Nari Essential Wireless Gaming Headset - Black is a 2.4 GHz wireless headset with THX Spatial Audio on Windows PC and up to 16 hours of battery life. A USB wireless transceiver handles the connection, a flip-to-mute microphone handles your voice and an auto-adjusting headband handles the fit. It works with PC and with PS4 in stereo. Key features 2.4 GHz wireless connection through a USB transceiver 40 mm neodymium drivers, 20 Hz - 20 kHz frequency response THX Spatial Audio on Windows PC Bendable unidirectional ECM boom microphone with flip-to-mute, 100 Hz - 6.5 kHz Up to 16 hours of battery life Oval memory foam cushions with heat-transfer fabric and leatherette Auto-adjusting headband Micro-USB charging Who it is for and how it fits your setup The Nari Essential is a straightforward wireless option: a cable-free headset built around PC gaming, with the option to use it on a PS4 as well. It connects through the USB transceiver, so there is no Bluetooth pairing to deal with, and it is ready as soon as the dongle is plugged in. On a Windows PC (Windows 7, 8 or 10) you get THX Spatial Audio. On PS4 the headset works in stereo only, so if surround is a priority, plan to use it on PC. The auto-adjusting headband means you do not have to fiddle with sliders when you put it on. Sound, voice and comfort The 40 mm neodymium drivers cover 20 Hz - 20 kHz, with 32 ohm impedance and 107 dB sensitivity. The bendable microphone records from 100 Hz - 6.5 kHz and mutes simply by flipping it up. The cushions are oval memory foam wrapped in heat-transfer fabric and leatherette, which helps with comfort over a long session. When the 16-hour battery runs low, the headset charges over Micro-USB.
