Refund policy
This policy explains when subscription charges begin and why paid subscription periods are non-refundable.
Eligible new subscriptions may receive a promotional free trial lasting from 14 to 30 days, as displayed during signup. No subscription charge is made for the free-trial period.
After the free trial ends, the selected paid plan begins only after a successful payment. A paid billing period may cover 30 days or one year, according to the term selected at checkout.
Subscription payments are non-refundable once paid, whether the purchased period is 30 days or one year. We do not provide full, partial, or prorated refunds for unused time, plan downgrades, or cancellation during a paid period.
You may cancel before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, while access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
If you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, or processed incorrectly, contact [email protected] promptly. Any refund required by applicable law remains unaffected.
