Paid subscription periods
After the free trial ends, the selected paid plan begins only after a successful payment. A paid billing period may cover 30 days or one year, according to the term selected at checkout.
Non-refundable payments
Subscription payments are non-refundable once paid, whether the purchased period is 30 days or one year. We do not provide full, partial, or prorated refunds for unused time, plan downgrades, or cancellation during a paid period.
Cancellation
You may cancel before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, while access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
Incorrect charges
If you believe a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, or processed incorrectly, contact [email protected] promptly. Any refund required by applicable law remains unaffected.
