What TableTag provides

TableTag provides software for creating and publishing digital menus, generating QR codes, receiving order details, managing operations, and connecting supported payment or messaging services. TableTag is not the venue, seller, delivery company, escrow provider, or guarantor of transactions between a venue and its guests.

Venue responsibilities

Workspace owners must keep menu descriptions, prices, availability, images, opening hours, charges, and fulfillment promises accurate; comply with applicable consumer, tax, privacy, food-safety, advertising, and licensing laws; and handle guest questions, payments, preparation, delivery, returns, refunds, and disputes.

Guest orders and transactions

Guests order directly from the venue whose menu they visit. The venue is responsible for products, service, payment collection, fulfillment, quality, allergies, refunds, and support. TableTag may transmit or store order information but does not guarantee that an order will be accepted or fulfilled.

Your content

You retain ownership of the logos, images, descriptions, translations, and other content you upload. You grant TableTag a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, resize, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service. You must have the right to use everything you upload.

Moderation, suspension, and termination

We may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate a menu or account that violates these terms, applicable law, third-party rights, payment obligations, or platform security. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact support.

Third-party services

TableTag may connect with services such as payment processors, WhatsApp, analytics providers, email services, maps, and cloud storage. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, and fees. TableTag is not responsible for third-party outages or conduct.

Availability and liability

TableTag is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for venue products, guest payments, lost or rejected orders, failed deliveries, inaccurate listings, service interruptions, or disputes between venues and guests. TableTag’s total liability is limited to subscription fees paid to TableTag during the 12 months before the claim.
